Career highlights
Tim joined the Kintiga team in October 2025 and brings over 25 years’ experience as a senior leader across Private Equity backed businesses and large Global Corporates. He has undertaken many acquisitions and integrations, and helped lead the Exits of 2 Private Equity backed companies, including a Private Healthcare start-up, Circle Health which grew from £20m to £200m turnover and managed the IPO to list on the stock market. Circle Health is now the UK’s largest Private Hospital provider.
Tim has worked for 4 Private Equity backed businesses across Technology, Property Management and Healthcare sectors, and has led the acquisition and integration of businesses in UK, US, Europe, South Africa and India, including the Finance, HR, IT, Sales and Operations system integrations.
In his early career, Tim trained as an Engineer at Rolls-Royce and then moved into Finance where he worked in senior roles at British Airways, Centrica and BT, managing large global teams and driving transformation and acquisition integration across UK, Europe, US, Africa and India.
Tim earned an MBA from London Business School, is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants and holds a First Class Degree in Physics from Bristol University. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors.

Personal interests
Tim is married with 2 children, both studying at University, and has managed to share his passion for sailing with the family. He continues to compete in many national and international sailing events during the year, as well as windsurfing and wingfoiling on family holidays.
