I am passionate about science and what it does to people’s lives.

Career highlights

Priscila holds a PhD in Neuroscience and Biochemistry with a thesis that assessed new therapies for people with phenylketonuria (PKU) and other inborn errors of metabolism. Having published more than 10 peer-reviewed papers and given speeches at medical conferences around the world, she is passionate about science communication. In the past five years, she has focussed on helping companies reach their goals through medical communications, eventually improving the lives of patients.

Expertise

  • Strategically compiling and presenting clinical data in compelling documents, including e-details, leave pieces, websites, objection handlers, to name a few, while following the ABPI code of practice
  • Conducting clinical research interviews
  • Assessing and supporting HTA submissions in the UK and worldwide
  • Disease areas: oncology, rheumatology, neurology, gastroenterology and rare diseases

Personal interests

Priscila enjoys running and swimming – in open water if the weather allows – and is interested in making a positive impact in this world.
