I’m driven and motivated by the opportunities to deliver the right solutions to our customers, collaborating closely with my colleagues to provide growth for our business and within the healthcare industry. In my job, which involves working in a cross-functional environment, I liaise with a wide range of stakeholders and help to ensure that patients have access to the medicines they need.
Career highlights
Lynn joined the Kintiga team in April 2022 after finishing her Master’s degree in Business Administration, where she focused on Innovation Management. During her studies, she gained valuable experience in the healthcare sector through multiple internships and research related to the industry, including a position at one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and a master’s thesis on digital therapeutics that are backed by evidence.
At Kintiga, she works in business development and strategic consulting. She is in charge of the German business opportunity management, and a seasoned expert in developing solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs.
Her most significant accomplishments include reorganising and improving the company’s internal business development processes, which has made it more systematic and data-driven in its client approach, as well as successfully managing and closing numerous proposals. She is passionate about bringing healthcare innovation to patients and is committed to ensuring that patients have access to essential treatments.

Personal interests
Lynn is usually either on the tennis court, planning her next trip or lost in a book – especially when on holiday. She loves exploring new countries, in particular their cuisine. Currently, she’s eagerly awaiting the delivery of her new bike and can’t wait to see if she’s going to embrace life as a hobby cyclist, or if it’s just going to be a very stylish addition to her vehicle fleet.
