Isabeau enjoys working at the intersection of science and patient impact, with a focus on translating complex evidence into meaningful outcomes for patients. She is particularly interested in how collaboration and clear thinking across stakeholders can support more effective and timely access to innovative therapies.
Career highlights
Isabeau completed a PhD in Drug Discovery & Development, alongside research experience across Manchester and Paris. Her work focused on how scientific and clinical evidence is generated, assessed, and positioned at different stages of the drug development process, particularly within complex and heterogeneous disease areas.
She has worked in international and multidisciplinary environments, contributing to collaborative projects involving both scientific and operational teams. This included synthesising complex information and adapting communication depending on whether she was engaging with scientific peers or broader cross-functional stakeholders.
She has experience working in environments where different perspectives need to be aligned to move work forward, which developed a structured, pragmatic approach to problem solving and decision-making in collaborative settings.
