I am Heike Kielhorn, an experienced health care consultant with over 25 years of proven success in the industry. As Chief Digital Officer and executive leadership team member at the pan-European health care consultancy Kintiga, I drive impactful transformation by blending strategic foresight with operational excellence.
Career highlights
Since 2004, I have been the founder and managing director of SKC, a consultancy specialised in market access, pricing & reimbursement, and HTA for innovative therapies. As a certified Master Strategizer, I am experienced in developing and implementing innovative and effective strategies for complex challenges.
Before founding my own company, I was a project lead at the international strategy consultancy The Boston Consulting Group, leading numerous projects for international clients from various industries with engagements in Hamburg, Amsterdam, Paris and London. In my subsequent position as the Director of Corporate Development of a medium-sized corporation in the biotechnology industry I gained extensive knowledge about medicine startup companies.
