Career Highlights
Frone joined the Kintiga team in May 2025, after persuing a PhD in biomedical sicence and several years of industry experience. She brings a strong foundation of scientific expertise, stakeholder engagement across Europe, and evidence‑based communication together with a clear focus on patient access.
In her current role, she provides high‑quality medical affairs support for: the development and delivery of medical and scientific communications tailored to payers, HTA bodies and clinicians; the co‑creation of medical affairs plans and comprehensive patient access strategies; market analysis and patient‑journey mapping to shape scientifically sound, stakeholder‑aligned value stories; and the organisation of insights‑gathering through advisory boards and Delphi panels across BeNeLux.
Frone’s expertise spans multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, immunology, cardiovascular diseases, endocrinology, respiratory and rare diseases.
