Career Highlights
Deniz joined the Kintiga team in November 2022 and brings over 5 years’ experience of Human Resources predominately from the NHS. Deniz’s experience and expertise ranges from employee lifecycle and recruiting to employee relations and performance management across a range of different roles.
Highlights of Deniz’s career include shaping the employee lifecycle through improving HRIS platforms and utilising her knowledge obtained throughout her HR degree and CIPD membership.

Personal interests
Deniz enjoys good music, good food and travelling with an array of restaraunts and destinations on her list waiting to be ticked off! She consistently goes to the gym to weight train and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Deniz also has a love for animals, with dogs being her favourite!
