Isabeau Vermeulen

A bit about me

Isabeau enjoys working at the intersection of science and patient impact, with a focus on translating complex evidence into meaningful outcomes for patients. She is particularly interested in how collaboration and clear thinking across stakeholders can support more effective and timely access to innovative therapies.

Career highlights

Isabeau completed a PhD in Drug Discovery & Development, alongside research experience across Manchester and Paris. Her work focused on how scientific and clinical evidence is generated, assessed, and positioned at different stages of the drug development process, particularly within complex and heterogeneous disease areas.

She has worked in international and multidisciplinary environments, contributing to collaborative projects involving both scientific and operational teams. This included synthesising complex information and adapting communication depending on whether she was engaging with scientific peers or broader cross-functional stakeholders.
