A bit about me
I am motivated by improving patient access to effective medicines by generating robust, decision‑focused health economic evidence that supports timely and sustainable reimbursement.
Career highlights
Rory joined Kintiga in March 2026 as a Senior Consultant in Health Economics and Outcomes Research. He combines strong technical expertise with project leadership, client engagement, and mentoring of junior colleagues to deliver high‑quality HEOR evidence that supports HTA submissions and strategic decision‑making.
Prior to joining Kintiga, Rory worked at FIECON, where he progressed to Manager and acted as project lead and primary client contact on a wide range of complex HEOR engagements. His work included leading a complex and nuanced indirect treatment comparison, overseeing strategic economic modelling recommendation projects, and managing end‑to‑end delivery across multidisciplinary teams of health economists, statisticians, and external experts.
Rory has extensive experience supporting HTA submissions across the UK and Europe, contributing to cost‑effectiveness and budget impact models (both de novo and adaptations), evidence synthesis, and advanced analyses including survival modelling with crossover, indirect treatment comparisons, and utility generation. He has worked across a broad range of therapy areas, including oncology, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, neuromuscular and gastrointestinal disorders, and rare diseases. He has also contributed to several peer‑reviewed publications in cardiovascular disease, with recent work demonstrating the economic and budgetary impact of innovative therapies in European healthcare systems.
