I am passionate about advancing patient access to innovative medicines and technologies by shaping effective, evidence‑based market access and HTA strategies. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to solve complex challenges and improve health outcomes globally.
Career highlights
Ruth is Country Manager for the UK and Ireland at Kintiga, bringing over 22 years of experience in health economics and outcomes research, HTA, and market access strategy. She has held senior commercial, technical, and leadership roles, delivering integrated global pricing and market access and HTA solutions for complex client challenges.
Ruth has extensive experience in leading global and local HTA and health economics programs, advising on strategy, contributing to the development and communication of HTA and HE approaches, and supporting evidence generation planning from the earliest stages of development.
A key highlight of Ruth’s career includes her time at the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), providing first‑hand insight into HTA policy, assessment, and decision‑making. She holds an MSc in Health Economics from the University of York.
Her therapeutic experience spans a wide range of areas, including oncology, respiratory disease, cardiology, nephrology, gynecology, gastroenterology, and dermatology. She is a recognised expert in market access for rare diseases and for innovative technologies such as cell and gene therapies.

Personal Interests
Outside of work, Ruth enjoys spending time with her partner and two children. She is a keen sports fan, with rugby a particular favourite as a former player. Ruth also loves cooking and baking and is always looking for new cuisines and dishes to try at home.
