Career highlights
Jessica joined Kintiga in October 2018 and has 8 years’ experience in the production of systematic literature reviews (SLRs) on a broad range of disease areas, typically for health technology appraisals (HTAs) for the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). She is passionate about maintaining literature review standards and regularly attends training sessions to keep up to date on the latest developments in the processes. Before working in the field of medical communications, she worked as a microbiologist for Public Health England and achieved a degree in Natural Sciences from the Open University.

- All technical aspects of literature reviews including protocol development, design of search strategies, reviewing, data extraction, report writing and management.
- Creation of SLRs for supporting health technology assessment (HTA) submissions.
- Creation of targeted literature reviews (TLRs) for a variety of purposes.
- Suitability assessments of literature reviews.
Personal interests
Outside of work Jessica enjoys running, sewing, reading fantasy books and spending time with her husband and cat.
